I just wanted to thank you and your staff once again for a wonderful service. My mom would have been happy. Things went very well through each part, and we appreciate the kindness and care during a tough time. It is always nice to know that our loved ones are well taken care of at such an emotional, momentous time of life. There is comfort in having a connection with a long time local business like Hanner FS. All my family's loved ones have used HFS for as long as I can remember. I went to high school and graduated with Mike. I'm happy to hear he's doing so well in all his business endeavors. Please say hello to him for me (my maiden name was Sandra Adcock) and thank him from my family and I as well. I do have one question - will the newspapers automatically send us copies of the paper that the two paid obits appear in or do we just need to buy them when they come out? I just want to thank everyone at Hanners for all you did to help make a not-so-pleasant experience into a pleasant one. I especially want to thank Tim Brown for his personal interest in our needs due to the fact that he knew our dad from years ago when they attended the same church. Tim definitely went above and beyond our expectations to meet our needs. The planning and preparations were done with our best interest at heart. The visitation was superb and the service was truly memorable. Thanks again for everything.
