Obituary for Wavie Davis

Wavie Lee “Frazier” Davis, age of 72, of Doddridge, Arkansas, went to be with the Lord, Monday, March 19, 2018, at her residence.

Wavie was born November 15, 1945, in Vivian Louisiana, to John William and Rachael Frazier. She was a homemaker and a member of Walnut Hill Baptist Church. Wavie enjoyed fishing, playing bingo, working puzzles, and spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; daughters, Teresa Huett, Donna Huett, Katherine Pinkard; brothers and sisters, Lillie Dickerson, Birdie Clements, William Frazier, Dubs Frazier, Ben Frazier, John Frazier, Hardy Frazier, Elmer Frazier, Billie Jean Frazier, and Robert Frazier.

She is survived by sons, Jimmy George and wife Angela of Texarkana, Texas, John Brady and wife Michell of Queen City, Texas; daughters, Tammy Trim and husband Cliff of Doddridge, Arkansas, Delcie Gearlds of Bloomburg, Texas; Gina Killingsworth and husband Randy of Bloomburg, Texas; sister, Dollie Poindexter of Vivian, Louisiana; eighteen grandchildren; fifteen great grandchildren; and a number of nephews, nieces, and other relatives.

Graveside services will be 2:00 pm, Friday, March 23, 2018, at Walnut Hill Cemetery, under the direction of Hanner Funeral Service, with Bro. Rick Cottle officiating.

Visitation will be from 6 pm – 8 pm, Thursday, March 22, 2018, at Hanner Funeral Service.

Interment will at Walnut Hill Cemetery, Vivian, Louisiana.
