Obituary for Selina Helmi Miller

Salina Helmi Miller 51, of Clarksville, Texas formerly of Atlanta, Texas, died Monday, July 17, 2017.

Selina was born March 28, 1966 in Cincinnati, Ohio to Regina Helmi Pyle and Charles David Moore. She was employed with Magnolia Brush Manufacturing; and a member of Springhill Baptist Church, Douglassville, Texas. She was preceded in death by her father, Charles David Moore and step-father, Langston Pyle.

She is survived by her daughters, Jacqueline Helmi Mendez of San Antonio, Texas, Ariel Dawn Thomas of Queen City, Texas, Karmi Inga Miller of Texarkana, Texas; her mother, Regina Helmi Pyle of Atlanta, Texas; a sister, Sarae Dawn Moore of Bivins, Texas; and a number of other relatives.

Selina was a generous soul. Strong willed and truly a free spirit which captured the love of her friends and family. Selina was extremely witty and always brought laughter. A bit of a daredevil but remained true in her belief of our Lord Jesus Christ.

Funeral services will be 2:00 pm, Saturday, July 22, 2017 in the Hanner Funeral Chapel with Dr. John Wilkey officiating.

Visitation will be Friday, July 21, 2017 from 6 pm to 8 pm at Hanner Funeral Service.

Interment will be in Laws Chapel Cemetery.
