Obituary for Sandrea "Sandy" Humphrey

Sandrea “Sandy” Humphrey, age 68, of Bloomburg, Texas, went to be with the Lord, Sunday, January 14, 2018, in a Texarkana, Texas hospice facility.

Sandy was born November 11, 1949, in Vivian, Louisiana to Talmadge and Edna Steed. She was a secretary for Glory Bound Trucking and a member of Holly Street Church of God. She loved fishing, reading, but most of all her joy was spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; and husband Bert Humphrey.

She is survived by; three daughters, Christina Barrow and husband Jayson of Forney, Texas, Cynthia Bradford of Atlanta, Texas, Rachael Stiger and husband Delanie of Atlanta, Texas; two brothers; Jerry Steed and wife Mary of Atlanta, Texas, Jamie Hanson-Brown and husband Daniel of Humble, Texas; four grandchildren, Timothy “Timmy” Humphrey, Cadence Stiger, Churlie Barrow, Robert Stiger; and a number of other relatives.

Funeral services will be 2:00 pm, Wednesday, January 17, 2018 at the Holly Street Church of God under the direction of Hanner Funeral Service with Bro. Dawayne Barnett officiating.

Visitation will be Tuesday, January 16, 2018 from 6 pm to 8 pm at Hanner Funeral Service.

Interment will be in Brown Cemetery, Ravanna, Arkansas under the direction of Hanner Funeral Service.
